I love to help my clients feel better, whether it's purely relaxation that you're looking for or specific areas of pain, tension or stress need to be worked on.  I combine different techniques I've learned over the years to customize a treatment plan that is just right for you. I am always attending continuing education classes to learn more to help my clients with their pain issues.

I competed in the American Massage Championships in 2022 and 2023, as well as the 2023 Illinois Massage Championships. I was awarded 2 Bronze medals at the 2023 Illinois Massage Championships for Swedish Massage and 1 Bronze medal at the American Massage Championships for Swedish Massage.
